Gabriel Parish Relationship Management® software now integrates with Sage Intacct
Attleboro, Massachusetts — November 2, 2020 — Gabriel Software announced today that its Parish Relationship Management® software product now fully integrates with Sage Intacct, a popular accounting software package. Contributions entered into Gabriel automatically create parallel deposit journal entries in the Sage Intacct General Ledger. This functionality is immediately available to all Gabriel customers who also have Sage Intacct.
This integration will help Gabriel users gain greater efficiencies while reducing the risk of errors. “Now our diocese and parishes can speed up cash reconciliation and avoid mistakes that can occur when the same data is manually entered in two systems,” explains Armand Brunelle, CEO at Gabriel Software.
Sage is equally excited about the opportunity this partnership represents. “Sage Intacct has a strong presence with faith-based nonprofit organizations, helping them to strengthen stewardship, gain efficiency, and increase financial visibility to fulfill their ministry. Gabriel’s system provides parishes with everything they need to manage day-to-day parish tasks and communicate with parishioners. For joint customers, integrating these systems streamlines processes and frees up time for churches to focus on their mission,” said Eileen Wiens, VP of Business Development for Sage Intacct.
Gabriel provides cloud-based software that helps Catholic parishes and dioceses manage their data and communications. They use an Application Programming Interface (API) that integrate data between Gabriel and other capable systems. One of the advantages that contributes to Gabriel’s overall success is that data can be accessed from any device, including desktops, tablets and smartphones, from virtually any location.
The Sage Intacct collaboration is the latest in a series of successful real-time integrations between Gabriel and online contribution partners, school systems and workflow tools such as Microsoft Flow. Gabriel pairs well with complimentary front-office and communication platforms and tools, such as broadcast messaging, calendaring, online giving, scheduling and contribution envelope printing.
